Description

The VX-VT-56-DUAL-X VISIX Dual Thermal and Visible Light Imager integrates a 5MP
visible light IP camera and a 320 x 240 thermal imager into a single housing, delivering
comprehensive day and night surveillance. Powered by a CV22 SoC, the visible sensor
provides 2592 x 1944 resolution at 30fps with a 4mm lens and 82.3° horizontal field of
view, while the thermal imager offers a 56° horizontal field of view and 9fps performance
for intrusion detection and temperature monitoring.

During daytime operation, edge-based deep learning analytics can be enabled on the visible sensor to detect people, vehicles, and objects. At night, advanced thermal analytics support intrusion detection. Users can manually select daytime or nighttime analytics based on operational needs. Temperature detection features generate events based on above or below threshold conditions or slope rate changes. Detection ranges extend to 250 feet (76m) for humans and 325 feet (99m) for vehicles, with recognition and identification distances defined for each target type. The camera includes 98-foot (30m) IR, 120dB WDR, Audio and Alarm I/O, IP67 weather resistance, IK9 impact protection, ONVIF Profile S support, and a unified GUI for managing both imagers. It supports H.264, H.265, and MJPEG compression, PoE IEEE 802.3af or 12VDC power, and two IP licenses are included. Operating temperatures range from -30°C to 50°C via PoE and -40°C to 50°C via 12VDC, with cold start support at -40°C on 12VDC.
