The VX-5M20-B-RIAW is a 5MP IP bullet camera designed to deliver high-definition video
at a full 2592 x 1944 resolution for applications requiring superior clarity and detail. Dual-
streaming compression enables simultaneous high-quality recording and efficient
remote live viewing, with support for variable bit rate and variable frame rate to optimize
performance based on available bandwidth.
Equipped with a 2.7 to 13.5mm vari-focal lens, the camera supports a wide range of
deployment scenarios. Day and night functionality allows operation in lighting conditions
down to 0.06 lux and 0 lux with IR, ensuring reliable performance in low-light
environments. The camera also supports motion detection, two-way audio, and
compatibility with standardized network protocols.
As part of the All-in-One Series, the VX-5M20-B-RIAW includes onboard storage and, with
appropriate licensing, can support installation of VIGIL Server directly on the device. This
enables standalone recording with local storage, as well as redundant recording to a
separate VIGIL Server for added resilience.
The camera is fully compatible with the VIGIL Software Suite, including VIGIL Client, the
View Lite II mobile app, and VIGIL Central Management for remote health monitoring and
notifications. The bullet form factor supports unobtrusive installation, while the IP67-
rated enclosure, IK9 vandal resistance, and operating temperature range from -40°C (-
40°F) to 50°C (122°F) ensure reliable performance across demanding environments.
