In today’s fast‑paced world, you need to manage doors and monitor video from wherever you are. 3xLOGIC’s INFINIAS Site Access app delivers full access control and video surveillance on iOS and Android — whether your system is on‑premise or in the cloud.
Download INFINIAS Site Access from the App Store or Google Play. On first launch, choose On‑Prem or Cloud and enter your credentials. Two‑factor authentication ensures only authorized users gain entry.
Tap the Events tab to stream up to two cameras per door — one inside, one outside. Prefer recorded clips? Switch to Playback, search historic events, and leverage all the same analytics you use on desktop, including motion‑triggered highlights and bookmarks.
If your cameras support audio, press the speaker icon to talk through the app. Need to let someone in? Hit Unlock on the live video screen — your door opens instantly, provided you have permission.
Access the side menu via the three‑line icon to jump between Events, People, Doors, and Notifications. Rotate your device for landscape mode and get a wider view of video feeds or status dashboards.
In the People section, search for any user, disable accounts, or review access groups. Admins can adjust permissions remotely, so locked‑out employees avoid downtime.
The Doors tab shows live lock/unlock icons. With a quick tap, you can momentarily unlock a door or view its video feed. Under Notifications, broadcast alerts — like lockdowns or maintenance notices — to all mobile users in seconds.
