This INFINIAS Mobile Credential Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to information collected, used, and disclosed by 3xLogic, Inc. (referred to as “3xLogic”, “we”, or “us”) in connection with Analytical Data as defined below.

Please note that this Policy only applies to information that we collect via the Mobile Credential service for our own purposes (i.e., as a controller) and does not apply to any information processed by us in our capacity as a service provider on behalf of a business partner or customer, for example, when such a party provides us with information concerning their own customers or employees. We will process that information in accordance with that business partner’s or customer’s instructions and applicable law. For any enquiries in this regard, please refer to our business partner’s or customer’s privacy notice.
We collect certain information about how you interact with the Mobile Credential service, for example:
This includes information on statistics of how the user interacts with the application such as their signed in state, default settings, and UI interactions such as button clicks notification dismissals and settings changes.
This includes crash reports, information on installing, opening, updating, or uninstalling the application, and other technical information.
Most of these data points may not relate to you as an identified or identifiable natural person. However, to the extent we are required to treat these data points as “personal data” as defined under applicable law, we will do so. We also collect your email address and your user ID.
We refer to the information described above as (“Analytical Data”). We collect and use Analytical Data as follows:
We engage in these activities to manage our relationship with you, to comply with our legal obligations, and/or because we have a legitimate interest.

We also use and disclose Analytical Data as necessary or appropriate, especially when we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to do so:

We have a legitimate interest in disclosing or transferring some or all of the Analytical Data collected about you to a third party if we were ever merged with or acquired, or involved in a corporate reorganization, joint venture, assignment, sale, or transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings). Such third parties may include, for example, an acquiring entity and its advisors.
