If you’re looking for some help when troubleshooting your INFINAS solution, follow these steps.
After logging into INFINIAS, click the Help button in the top-right corner of the interface. This launches the INFINIAS Help overlay.

The first panel displays your dealer’s contact details: email, phone, and support hours. Your dealer is your go-to for hardware issues or advanced troubleshooting.
